#21 The House or Appartment you live in
I had a thought today. I am a mortgage specialist and I raise capital for big Canadian Real Estate developments. It crossed my mind that I was very grateful for that I have a house to live in and how many people that does not get to have that possibility as most people in the modern civilized world have.
Having a house or and Apartment can put you in a very very good position for to leverage your ownership in them and build your financial freedom. Well building financial freedom is great it also will give you a huge responsibility to give back to the community!
When you are lucky to own your property you can do whatever you want to it. That is a great feeling to make it your very own 🙂 I think that one of the most important things you can do in life is to own a home if you have the chance. That home can make you wealthy in years to come so you can give to others that needs it the most.
Why should you be grateful for having your own home or apartment?
- It gives you shelter for the weather and wild animals.
- It makes you feel safe.
- It can give you the chance to become wealthy.
- That you have a house or a apartment.
- That your family can live there with you.
- You can have friends over.
- That you don’t have to look for a safe place to sleep.
- It has a real value.
- It gives you a chance to become wealthy.
- It can be the place where family and friends share magic moments together.
- It can be your office.
- It can be your cinema.
- It is red.
- It is blue.
- It has great neighbors.
- It can be high up in the sky.
- It will be a place to start a family.
- It is full of memories.
A house or a condo is amazing to have. There is so many great things you can do with it and memories that can be created. The sky is the limit 🙂
A house or a condo can be leveraged to give you passive income so you can retire early.
The house you live in today is amazing. If you own the house or condo you currently live in you can leverage something called equity in that house to be able to maybe get a new house and rent it out or maybe just leverage the equity to make an addition or a garage which again raises the value of your home.
The things that you can do can make you limitless if you are smart with your money and can help you to give back to the community that made you a wealthy in the firts place.
The uniqueness of houses and condos.
Houses is built unique no house looks the same inside or outside if someone is living in it. We all make our unique home and it is an expression of who we are as humans. It is so unique that I bet you can go into any house around the world and never find one that looks exactly like 🙂 A house we can live a family or more in but a condominium you can house hundreds of families 🙂
A little quick history.
A house is a home, building or structure that is a dwelling or place for habitation by human beings. The term house includes many kinds of dwellings ranging from rudimentary huts of nomadic tribes to free standing individual structures. In some contexts, “house” may mean the same as dwelling, residence, home, abode, lodging, accommodation, or housing, among other meanings. The social unit that lives in a house is known as a household. Most commonly, a household is a family unit of some kind, though households can be other social groups, such as single persons, or groups of unrelated individuals. Settled agrarian and industrial societies are composed of household units living permanently in housing of various types, according to a variety of forms of land tenure. English-speaking people generally call any building they routinely occupy “home”. Many people leave their houses during the day for work and recreation, and return to them to sleep and for other activities.
Get your own home and help others build it.
If you are lucky to have your own home you should build a home for others by volunteering. Habitat for Humanity is a great way to help others get a place to have a family and to be safe 🙂
