#57 Having a Healthy Body

Sun, Sun and more sun. Could I ask for a better day! It almost feels like it is Spring when we are really coming close to winter time here in Manitoba🙂

Life is fun and the excitement of what this day can bring really gets me fired up and exited about how great life is and how much fun you can have when you are alive as a human being.

We all hear about disease and death all day so instead of our news and media’s intense focus on it why not look at the bright side of it instead and see how great it is to have a healthy body, a body that can do daily things like cleaning the dishes, smiling, tell a joke, give someone a hug, exercise, see and tons of other great things a healthy body can do!

When you think about it, isn’t it fantastic to be alive in a healthy body that can do whatever it want without any limitations! Our body is an amazing thing and to many of us tend to forget about it and let it die slowly. How about giving some gratitude for your body for taking care of carrying your magnificent brain around and helping us interact with other human beings🙂

So what is there to be grateful about when it comes to having a healthy body?

  • It gives you more energy.
  • It makes you feel better.
  • It is important.
  • You can use your body to hug someone.
  • You can clap your hands.
  • You can smile.
  • You can walk.
  • You can get excited.
  • You don’t cost the government money.
  • You can go for walks.
  • You can climb a mountain.
  • You can swipe the floor.
  • You can wash dishes.
  • You can build something.
  • You can cut your grass.

  • You can do activities without pain.
  • You can jump.
  • You can throw.
  • You can cuddle with someone.
  • You can do whatever your body are physically able to do.
  • You work.
  • You can go to the bathroom without help.
  • You can speak to someone so they understand you right away.
  • You can see.
  • You can eat and swallow food.
  • You can breath on your own.
  • You can go wherever you want to when you want to.
  • You don’t have to depend on others.
  • You can kiss someone.
  • You can play a computer game.
  • You can help others.
  • You can eat whatever you want.

There is so many fantastic things we can do when we have a healthy body that I think that too many people tend to forget about it. They go through their day and complain all day long while they should have had tremendeous gratitude all day long for even being able to do what they do right now.

So I think we all need to stop to complain about small little things and then thing about what we are able to do with our body. And that alone should be enough to live in eternal happiness and gratitude!

Take action on gratitude!

It is time today to sit down and say how grateful you are for your life right now and how much great things you are able to do with your body. Just think “What if I could never ever do that again?” “What if tomorrow I could never do that again?”

Be grateful for the healthy body you were born with and live in eternal gratitude from now on until the day you leave this planet and you will live a fun life!
